A workspace is a context: your own, your organisation's, or one per client. It holds decision records — a cash-flow run, an ARV and rehab budget, a seller's net proceeds — each stored as an immutable revision with the inputs, the assumptions you chose, the outputs, and the exact fact rows the numbers were built from.

• Revisions supersede rather than overwrite, so "why we chose this" survives the meeting.
• A client-safe share shows the evidence and the result, never your private notes.
• Seats and billing hang off the organisation, not the individual screen.
