Registering to see sold prices and listing history
Active-listing facts are visible to anyone. Sold prices, closed dates and a property's listing history are HAR MLS VOW data: seeing them requires registering with your name and a verified email and accepting the HAR VOW Terms of Use. Registration is included in the subscription — there is no separate charge — and your sign-in credential renews automatically while you keep using the product.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime, in one click, from your account's billing page. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for; there is no penalty and no call required.
No refunds for time already used on a monthly or annual term. If a charge was made in error or you were billed after cancelling, contact support@offerqs.com — billing disputes and correction of our own errors are handled directly, refund policy notwithstanding.
Tax
Texas addresses are billed Texas sales tax on the taxable share of the subscription at checkout, shown as a line item before you pay; addresses outside Texas are not taxed at launch. This is billing information, not tax advice.
